Brandon Tyler (CSCS, CPT, PN2-NC) has been a Personal Trainer since 2018 and has recently added Nutrition Coach to his set of skills. After graduating with his Bachelor’s in Acting from Northern Kentucky University in 2015, he next wanted to learn how to best take care of his own health and body with proper diet and exercise. Having since developed his own strategies for improving upon his health, with the help of his studies as a trainer and nutrition coach, he seeks to share what he’s learned with his clients so they can lead stronger, healthier, and higher-quality lives. By developing personalized programs that are both sustainable and challenging, Brandon shows you how to approach your time in the gym as a practice of self-care rather than self-destruction.
